The eight elements of the corporate policy are components of our daily actions and form the basis for the success of our company.

The general basis of our company is a corporate ethic that is characterised by fair, cooperative and responsible behaviour towards our customers, suppliers, employees and the general public. For example, our owner, the Friedrich Bluhme and Else Jebsen Foundation, uses the profits of our company to support charitable, social, benevolent and cultural causes in the Lübeck area. Our company can only be successful if all employees align their personal actions in the company with the eight elements of our corporate policy outlined above and do everything they can to satisfy our customers, win new customers and be better than the competition. Only with motivated, interested and committed employees who identify with our corporate policy can we be successful in the market and secure our jobs.
