For example, our owner, the Friedrich Bluhme and Else Jebsen Foundation, uses the profits of our company to support charitable, social, benevolent and cultural causes in the L\u00fcbeck area. Our company can only be successful if all employees align their personal actions in the company with the eight elements of our corporate policy outlined above and do everything they can to satisfy our customers, win new customers and be better than the competition.
